I have to agree w/Ray's comments. Land seems to be one of the most solid investments. Yes, it may be a long term investment, (depends where ya purchase) but thats what they say about the stock/mkt too. Im into my 5th home, and they all have been $ makers, some more than others. I must admit though I do plan on retiring in this critter, maybe selling it. The city is spredding out my way. Mark, think of it this way, the more LAND ya own the more TRACTORS ya need. Thats all folks!!!!. Steve

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion.
