I'd suggest addin' males to the registed voters, but little 'ns can run into greater out of pocket expenses than tractors, and the older ones that might show an interest in daughters can be overly worrisome. Whatchya need is to reformulate the tabulation method, and perhaps consider re-phrasing the question on the ballot. Directions to look would have to take into consideration that ground breaking is done more efficiently with a large machine; a light one is more appropriate for cultivation; a medium hauler for the utility type chores; a lot of time can be saved if you have a second light tractor for finish mowing (saves time lost switching bolt-on implements back and forth); and we shouldn't overlook the need for a parade tractor (promotes community involvement-always a good thing) with the added but unspoken potential to inspire others in the community to start accumulatin' old iron which lends moral weight (and needed support)to your argument for mainntaining a stable of tractors appropriate to the size of the estate under management. Of course, the burden of maintaining the fleet would warrant extra weight being given to the vote of the person doing the mechanicking--something on the order of a quadrupling would not be out of order.
