fan belt replacement on OC3

On the front end of the crankshaft beyond the radiator of my OC3 is a hyd pump and fluid reservoir. Is there some way to disconnect the pump/shaft coupling and installing a new fan belt OR..does hyd pump and reservoir have to be completely removed first?
