isuzu engines may seem a little under powered compared to european alternatives.......but they will out live most other engines.....they have hardened liners......little engine wear.....but when they do finally go bang.........run away from it fast!.......they are expensive to reline........but in saying that i don't know of one engine that has been......... i know of hitachi diggers running isuzu motors which have done 30000 hours on an orginal motor laters pudding
