Can't comment on the individual models, only that the Perkins diesels have an excellent reputation. I have 2 of them, both are easy starters, smooth runners and very economical.

Perkins is well supported in the USA and worldwide.

From what I've read, the Isuzu's are pretty well decent engines too. May be a tough choice.

Let's see what other folks say.
