You shouldn't have any troubles draining the calcium chloride solution. As for the rusted tires, they can be a pain. When I did mine, I tried to use my 10,000 lb backhoe the break the beads loose to no avail. I finally took a circular saw to the tire. Sawed circumferentially around the rim about 1-2" out. Removed the main tire, then did one radial cut into the rim and the bead came right off. Just use a sharp blade, and don't count on using the blade for much else afterwards.
