Old tires on rusted rims are really tough to get off. You'll make money hiring a tire dealer to drain them and take the tires off. I've watched a couple sets that size done for me and it was money well spent. Save much blood and bashed hands, for me anyway. The guy doing the work with experience suffered. Breaking teh beads loose took a hydraulic bead breaker and lots of bashing with hammer and chisel. CaCl solution is kind of sticky, can't be much for polluting because its commonly applied to roads, rusts steel through the paint, is hygroscopic so rarely dried to a solid when exposed to air.
