If he suggested or agreed that you sell it and you don't need it then go ahead and sell it. There are a lot of sentimental people here - keep it, restore it, etc etc. I inherited my dad's tractor when he passed. I used it for a couple of years then sold it and bought a better one. I am not sentimental about inanimate things. Neither was Dad. If he could see how I parlayed his tractor into the one I have now he would be proud of me.
