A simple Fan control from a furnace circulating fan (thermo disc) can control a circulating pump. Placing the disc so as the circulating water begins to be warm enough to do good, the disc trips to on. When the water temp goes below the temp the pump shuts off. The disc cannot be placed directly on the flue pipe, (too hot) but a bracket attached to the pipe with several locations allowing adjustment for start temp without overheating the mount/disc is needed.
