Check underneath for cracks on the left side where the supports to the front cutter bar are. We had a deere flex head that started to fall apart on the outside ends. The middle auger also was welded back together so the whole thing had a horrible bounce to it and we used it like that for like 7 years...Auger seems to crack in the middle and trough wears through there. Supports crack on the ends it seems. I didnt know there was a heavy wobble box I know some other brands are shaft drive we had very little trouble with wobble box really but kept pretty new knives on and a lot of new guards it should kind of stay bolted down to that plate.
