I take it as the water inlet at the bottom of tank. Get name of the inlet valve/ commode, get the seals. Turn water off, drain tank all the way. Discount the water line, screw the keeper (make sure this keeper is tight to start with) from the bottom (plastic type screw keeper), replace gasket, might be one on inside also, so check for sure, not all have it. The hard part, getting down to reach everything once I got past a certain age.
