Im with redforlife. While I dont have one on my 5ac lot there are a bunch of them around here. The only people that complain are the ones not getting checks. My understanding is that up here in the north, it is common to get a fixed annual payment, while in some places further south it is common to be paid based on production. From what I have been around them the noise doesnt bother me.
