You can see the kit. You didn't post a picture of what you got so we can't be sure what you are looking at. Best you lay the pieces out and post a picture.
I will guess you have a couple chains with a plate, having a 7/8'' hole, welded to one end of each chain. Those plates go on the same pins of the implement that the draft/lift arms hook to. There should be a couple plates with a 3/4'' hole and a keyhole in them. The 3/4'' hole accepts the top link pin (you may need a longer pin if one didn't come in the kit), one on each side of the ears. The free end of the chains each go through the keyhole of the plate of their respective side. The keyholes are used to adjust the chains to hold at the height you want.
