I agree Loren, but considering my area, finding a good service/parts dept is a task in itself. This generation is not like the old days when good service was a piece of cake. If you are inexperienced like myself, customer service reps don't want to take the time to help you. Companies are understaffed and hire inexperienced sales reps these days. I can understand why they don't take the time. So that's my reasoning for gathering all the info I can on this forum before I visit Napa, farm equipment dealer, or parts dealer. Believe it or not, that's the first thing I did. Lol! I'm getting a good knowledge lesson from the good members at YT before I visit parts dealer.
