You will be in my prayers. I hope it has helped to tell your story and begin healing. Ironically, I lost my wife of 46yrs. exactly one year ago. I send out updates every few months to family and friends. It kinda helps keep things in perspective. Also.....I need to get some work or rehab on my right shoulder, but was unable to until recently. I am 20yrs. older than you, so if I can do it so can you. I would get several opinions before deciding on therapies or surgery. I am currently trying to start therapy and swimming.
