Simple Tire is usually higher than some of the others. Tires-easy.com has had better prices lately. Your tires should be 16.9x24. Hope you can trade wheels with someone if they're 14-s. You want the R4 tread pattern. 8ply is about as light as you want to go. The tires you posted are R1 tread. Much less rubber than an R4, hence their lower price. BKT or Titan is a good brand. If you're locked into 14-s you might want to consider moving up to a 12ply. BKT has a 12ply 14.9. Theres' not much in between 8 and 12 in a 14.9.
