580 Case backhoe from the 70's will work just fien on rear tractor tires in the 8 ply rating. Dad had a freidn that did that and had them on there till he got rid of the hoe many years later and still on there then. depending on the weight of the hoe I would put rear tractor tires on a hoe just not cheap pivot tires like those apparently are. With a good name brand tire I would not be afraid of doing it. If I had to run one everyday for a living maybe would consider something different but for a farm hoe with limited use or weekend use go for it.
