Hi, II am a Type 1 , 84 years old , broke with T 1 when 40 , farming 700 a, 150cow pairs plus 150 sows no confinement 6 ft2 and 160 lbs. Have a few issues with eyes and feet. Used the local Doctor for the first 15 yrs. My advice is for you to find a Diabetic Endocrinologist as soon as you can. With the Pump and GGM and dietician It is a lot easier to control. The carbs are the hardest to control, Not a piece of Bruces pie. Sure tases good once in awhile. Hang in there and things will be better. LVP
