The way we have fed people has changed over the centuries and will continue to change going forward. It was just a few generations ago that people ate what was close to home in terms of production so no mass distribution of prepared foods. I don't look forward to what the future may bring but will be happy to know that I lived in a fairly free time to pursue a profession that may not have made me rich offered quite a bit of personal satisfaction. When I think of things such as artificial intelligence I wonder how happy future generations will be.
