On those rims/wheels take your hand and run it around the dies of them where you have to pry the tire over for nicks and dings. Any sharp ones need to be filed off so you don't cut the tire bead or the tube when putting them on. It will probably be easier to pry the tires and tubes on with the wheels on the tractor to hold them still if they will not fit over a tire machine spool. Don't use dish soap for a lubricant on them either it rusts the steel. Use a tire mounting product or put them on dry. Murphy's works well. IF you put them on tubeless you can use it to seal the gap for seating the beads also. I think you could use vinegar to get the moss of easier by just soaking it.
