Dawn dish washing soap, on both the bead and the rim. Take out the valve core. Stuff the air hose on the valve stem. That is your poor mans 'Cheetah'' Get the tire mounted on the bead on the valve stem side. Stick the air hose on and get blast of air to help seat the lower bead. Inflate it to seat both sides. Remove air hose, install valve stem.
Squirt bottle filled with water. Get the outside of the tire covered with water beads. Get the ether and fire it off.
