If the gauges are built into a gauge cluster, and it is still intact, look into the wiring, see if it can be saved.
If not, then standard generic gauges can be substituted, mounted in a bracket to the side. I would recommend using marine gauges as they are sealed and better suited to withstand the rain, dust, and vibration.
If the oil gauge comes with plastic tubing, don't even think about using it! Run new copper or steel tubing, support and protect it well.
