It's either going to be a Weasler 6 series or 12 series PTO shaft.
Looks like a 6 from here.
All the parts you need, up to and including entire new shafts, are as close as your local Tractor Supply or Farm store. Any machinery dealer could also help you.
You could remove the shear bolt from the shaft on the gearbox, and the remaining half of the PTO shaft will slide off. Underneath is probably a 1" or 1-1/4" round axle. Nothing special.
Take the half of the shaft you have with you so you can match it up.
Just be warned, it won't be cheap. The least expensive will be to get the matching half of the shaft, the 540 PTO yoke, and the cross bearing.
