I bought an International 490 disk last year. I now notice that when I hitch it to my 986, the tongue is too low.
It seems like I should be able to just turn the handle, turn the big screw to adjust it, but I can't move it.
Question: Is there a lock or something I need to release, before I can turn it? Or do I just need to use more force, get a bigger wrench?
I see there are 2 pins to let me move the tongue up, maybe 3 inches, but when I tried to remove the pins, there is some pressure on them, so I probably should turn the screw first.
