If it is like others the solenoid opens the main (load) jet needle when energized, so you cannot just remove it and put a plug in the hole. You would need to get an adjustable load jet kit to fit your carburetor, if you want to eliminate the solenoid type load jet. I didn't see one listed on the YT site, you would need to call them or contact a place like McDonald Carb.
Some solenoids have screw in the outer end of them you can remove to pull the spring and needle out. if yours is like that you can try pulling the spring and needle out. Reinstall the spring then the needle. The screw can then be used to manually adjust the load jet. Turn the screw in to lightly seat the needle them back it out a couple full turns and try it, fine tune from there if it runs. This can work as a temporary fix until either a new solenoid or adjustable needle are acquired and installed. Again, it will not work on all solenoid arrangements.
