I can't say that I've been to any big one's outside the Great Lakes region, but Oakley Michigan is a pretty good show. They'll get 2000 tractors. Pulls on several tracks way in to the night, field demos, buildings full of running engines and machines. Plenty of steam running the saw mill and thresher.
I'd like to experience Rollag sometime. From what I've seen and heard, that's a good show. There are those who wouldn't miss Portland Indiana for their own mother's funeral but I've never been there either.
