What you are saying means it has some different gearing in it as the 1 oversize will not make a noticable differenc in the speeds or height as they would only raise the tractor 1 in height, not enough to do what you are saying. I don't know that tractor as they were never sold in my area. I do know that the difference between the 11.2 and the 12.4 is not noticable at all unless you look at size marked on tire. My 2 Fords identical except for the 11.2 on one and 12.4 on the othere and being a 28 tire instead of a 24 tire it would show up more on the larger tire than on your size tire.
