Dont put it in ramming speed to dig with the loader. That can tear stuff up. However things to help with digging are a toothbar, loaded rear tires, rear wheel weights, and a heavy implement on the back. A loader shifts the weight forward off the rear tires resulting in tire spin pretty easily.
