I see a couple of options, none really great. One would be a front pump. As most industrial tractors came with that, the parts are usually available from one source or another. Most likely the mounting bolt holes and such are there and hopefully not damaged.
The reduction gearbox you mentioned, is that the planetary on the back of the transmission? If so, and you plan to be in there working on that at some point, you could look into adding a factory style auxiliary pump onto the lift pump. If you have a two stage clutch, then it wouldn't be live, but you can probably live with that. It too, would take some scrounging, fabricating, and some custom engineering. Not sure which would be cheaper, but in my opinion the front pump would be the better option.
