I've had this leak for awhile but it is getting worse so needs fixed ( especially with the price of diesel). It leaks from the T the injector return line connects to. One side is return line, another goes back to tank, the third (where it leaks) goes back to the top of injection pump. Looking at the online parts, there is a piece called cutting ring #3056136R1 which is changed to #190003559558 and called olive. since the leak appears to start here I was wondering if anyone has worked on such a connection and if I could replace just this ring and re-tighten the nut hopefully stopping the leak. How hard would it be to get this ring off the steel line without ruining the steel line? Thanks Paul
I tried to get this fitting loose a long time ago and couldn't get it to budge, so any help there would be appreciated too. I think I broke a couple open end wrenches before I gave up last time! Not an option now.
