Both gates are the same just reverse view of them. I would use rough sawn lumber and oil it with used engine oil after building and while putting the bolts in to oil the holes and the bolts. I would also build just one loner gate and put a wheel under the end so it can roll and take the strain off the hinges. But then we used a couple old steel trusses for gates and used the wheel on them as 20 or so long gates. Worked good for many years with few problems. A car tire size wheel rolls well on terrain other than cement. rolls well if it is in manure from frozen and rough.
