My 2000 T5C terramite does that too. It came from a DIY rental place. The terramite was used, abused, left outside and neglected. I'm not going to replace the power steering box.
I don't use this terramite that much anymore. Larry hasn't picked it up..lol
You may play with tire pressure, the toe in, toe out, the tie rod adjustment.
