Hello Schuck welcome to YT! Salem the place in the 1st link shows the part number, not sure if it is in stock says call for price. Almost certain that if you have searched much on IH Hydros you came across Herrs Machine they were very well known for repairing those hydros, not sure what they have for parts. They may even rebuild that part if it is not broke, sorry I do not know much about what youre asking for. Now Herrs main deal is combine and chopper hydros. Herrs was in the town about 30 miles from my hometown in KS. Very good reputation. Might also try Elmers Repair in Centralia, KS, also Northeast Tractor Lyons, NE you will have to search the last two.
