My supplier sent out their 2022-2023 contract and their prepaid price is $1.94/gallon. However, they put some print in contract that theyve never done before. In their contact they write that if conditions get extreme, they can void the contract and charge whatever they want.
My question is this: We all know it wont happen under the present regime, but if crude were to suddenly drop to $20/barrel (hey, lets run with it for a second), would they charge me less than $1.94 a gallon? You know the answer.
