I asked about summer fill a couple weeks ago. The company was not sure there would be a summer fill program. If you have never heard of summer fill typically it is the lowest price of the year probably through deals between the local supplier and their wholesaler. Plus, the usage is probably the least therefore the lowest price. Couple weeks ago in Southeast Iowa LP was $1.91 a gallon. Many years the price at this time is around $1.00 to $1.20.
