Never posted a photo add but tried it. Is your iPhone an 11 or later? If so that could be the problem, those phones store the photo in a newer format called HEIC, the photo adds require the older .GIF or .JPG formats. I placed a post in the Site Comments section as suggested to confirm this is the problem. We will wait to see what they reply. There is a way to change the format the phone stores the photos as in Settings but I did not go down that road.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo and video filesizes should be less than 5MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
