I have been trying to post an ad to offer for sale my
4640.I am having 2 problems.
When about to post , a message appears that administrative
approval is needed after which my ad disappears. It is
then lost to me.
My second problem is that I do not know how to download
pictures from my Iphone to the ad site.
Any help available for this 77 year old guy ???
 
Seriously, I have had to utilize young people for tech issues I have trouble figuring out. I bet you have grandkids, know some kids at church, etc. While this generation won't know how, where or why a person might want to crumple the pages of a Sears Roebuck catalog they DO have a good idea of how to perform the tasks you describe. gm
 
Never posted a photo add but tried it. Is your iPhone an 11 or later? If so that could be the problem, those phones store the photo in a newer format called HEIC, the photo adds require the older .GIF or .JPG formats. I placed a post in the Site Comments section as suggested to confirm this is the problem. We will wait to see what they reply. There is a way to change the format the phone stores the photos as in Settings but I did not go down that road.

Per the reply in Site Comments you should email YT support on this. support at yesterdaystractors.com Put that all together with no spaces and replace at with the symbol. They will be happy to help you.
 
I usually email my iphone photos to my pc or ipad. then when I read them I save them to photo file. From there to here easy peasy.

I don't have I phone, but do it this same way.
