Finally got the Kubota diesel engine swap project done this weekend. Had some issues with the parts the machinist made to mount the pulley to the front of the engine. I was worried the engine pulley wasn't strong enough to hold the heavy drive pulley and 3 belts, so I had him add a stub shaft out front for support bearing.
He did make a mistake and the first time the unit was out of round, so I had to take that back and get it fixed which delayed the project a week. But it's in and working now.
Used it to clean the pens yesterday and it ran great. Wish it had a bit more power and I may add a turbo later. But it runs good an works properly. Since it ran good and for a long time it brought to the surface some hydraulic issues I'm going to need to address now, but at least the motor runs and works good.
