I would be skeptical of that seal as well. Is the Stiener number IHS 3086, that is what they show and they say it is a replacement for the IH number 3072092R91. I would not install it unless I had an email from them saying they will pay labor to change it out of it leaks. This may be a case where you just bite the bullet and give Fiat $34, see CNHI parts link. Or the YT parent company has one for $12.99 if you want to try that, 2nd link. Personally, I would just go down to your local auto parts store with the old seal and IH number and see if they could get you one.
