I have a 435. I'M thinking it is 10% faster than a 430. Have you checked what a 440 industrial had. Most were Detroit's but some were gas. A 1010 will work but think it is slower. I was trying to slow mine down so second was in between stock 1st and 2nd. But I never did do it. Seems like I needed a ring and pinion from a 420 430 and final drive gears from a 1010. Think that would slow it down 25 %. And no I don't have a extra. But might know who does.
