Don't see the issue,everyone knows or should know when they buy a 40-60 year old tractor it ain't gonna be a new one,it'll have or has problems.So what, if you don't like that sort of thing stay out the market.Ole Bud Yingling that ran a salvage yard up in PA had the best sales deal,he'd buy tractors had no idea anything about them.The ones that would run he'd sell whole as is,he'd tell the prospective buyer drive it around all you like I'll keep putting fuel in it.Then if you want it come in the office and pay me,if you go back out and it blows up when you get ready to load it, I'll push it on the trailer.About as fair as anyone can get.
