Grandpa like someone said a few days ago. I know Im trying to spend your money but with all the fence work you do as well as construction you should really look for a good skid steer. Besides having a loader that will do much more work than an old farm tractor you can dig post holes drive posts and lots of other things. Just add attachments as you need and can justify them. I bought a used Cat machine a couple of years ago with 1000 hours on it for 20k including a bucket a set of forks a post hole digger and a t post driver. If I had to give up this machine I would quit building fence. I sold my 3 point diggers after the first job with this machine. Just my opinion its worth what I charged you for it. Tony
