I have a 1968 Oliver that seems to be stuck in gear. When I let up on the clutch it wants to stall. The front shift lever seems to go into neutral but nope. Even if the transmission is stuck in gear it should move? It was working fine before the freezing weather came last week.
Thanks for any suggestions on what could be the matter.
