So I change hydraulic filters on all tractors every year. 3 years ago filings showed up in one tractor and this year filings showed up in the other. Sent one tractor to JD shop and they pulled PTO housing out and inspected as much as they could look at. Found nothing wrong and said don't worry about it. Asked a different JD dealership about it and they said don't worry about it. They are small flecks the size of a pin head and silver and gold in color. Can anyone tell me what this could be ? It bothers me even though JD said not to worry. I just can't figure this is normal.
