Strange things can and do happen when you deal with Amazon. It got so I rarely used them so I canceled my prime account. But I continued getting billed by them every month. Automatic payment made by bank. I don't remember ever agreeing for that to happen. I contacted Amazon, which took a long, long, long time and they informed me that I did not have an account with them. Asked me if I had an account under another name. I didn't, but then I was getting billed under my own name so if I had an account with them under another name that shouldn't be happening. I had my bank deny payment and then had them put a block on any payment to Amazon. Never heard another word about it. That was about a year ago. I don't order anything through Amazon and am getting along just fine. Walmart delivers free and fast. So does John Deere. I'm happy.
