The cam sensor you replaced, was it OE or aftermarket? If you used an aftermarket, replace with OE from Ford or Navistar. I have seen aftermarket cam sensors cause misfires and stalls right off the bat. OE is so cheap, there is no point in using an aftermarket one, OE should be less than $30.
The second common failure item that causes those symptoms is the Ijection Control Module in the left front fender. There were several updates to that over the years. What codes do you have?
Just an FYI, don't go back probing injector circuits, the ICM increases the voltage to 100V to fire the injectors.
