Most likely a fuel problem due to sitting a long time and the carb needs to be rebuilt and the fuel tank if it had old gas in it needs to be cleaned out and the gas flow checked at the carb drain plug. Gas flow out the drain plug needs to fill a pint jar in less then 3 minutes and 2 is even better. Have you also checked the air filter and made sure it had good oil in it and not full of mud and water?? Does it smoke any?? If yes is it black smoke of gray/blue
