The rear wheels are cut down steel with rubber rims welded on, and appear to be shot. Can't tell in photos if front rims are good or not. If not, they aren't worth anything either. $350 is probably about scrap price. Or a tad over. I'm not sold on it being a restore candidate. Alot of things missing, or don't look right for an F- 12 of F-14.
