Can't remember who I ordered a break away switch from. I got an email saying it was delivered by USPS on Saturday. I was working outside helping a neighbor the time the mailman delivered the mail. I didn't get the switch. I went to the post office on Monday and asked, where's my package?? The girl at post office said yes it was delivered, check your neighbor's mailbox. Sure enough, she was right, it was delivered to my neighbor's mailbox.
Another time I got a package from Amazon in my mailbox. I opened it and said to myself, I didn't order this! It belonged to my neighbor. Same neighbor that was delivered my switch.
So,I don't think it a scam, I don't think it's ebay's fault, or Amazon's fault, I think it's a human's fault.
