My brother came across AUG 9 on US412 east of Tulsa. Saw the tire carcass 1 mile before he saw the trailer. Was 96 with a heat index of probably 106. Said he didn't blame him for keep on going as it was just less than a mile from stockyards exit but he was going 55 to 60 MPH. Lynn
